How to Initiate a Return
Contact support with your order ID & reason.
Share unboxing photos/videos for damaged products.
Return pickup will be arranged after approval.
Product goes through quality inspection.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method
COD → refunded to bank or wallet
Refund may be rejected if the product is used, damaged, or missing parts.
Replacements
If the product is defective/wrong/damaged, we will provide a free replacement.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
