Return & Exchange Policy

CycloneClearanceSale prioritizes customer satisfaction. Our Refund & Return Policy ensures transparency and convenience during the return or refund process.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unused & unwashed

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags & accessories intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Hygiene & personal care items

  • Cosmetics

  • Innerwear

  • Consumables

  • Final clearance items

  • Customer-damaged products

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact support with your order ID & reason.

  2. Share unboxing photos/videos for damaged products.

  3. Return pickup will be arranged after approval.

  4. Product goes through quality inspection.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.

  • Prepaid orders → refunded to original payment method

  • COD → refunded to bank or wallet

Refund may be rejected if the product is used, damaged, or missing parts.

Replacements

If the product is defective/wrong/damaged, we will provide a free replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
